Rosez is a conceptual photographer who specializes in grotesque, erotic and trauma related content with psychological interests in mind. Their work explores themes of Memento Mori and the subconscious, allowing clients to safely explore the darker parts of themselves. Most of their work holds a deeper meaning beyond the subjective beauty presented. Writing pieces are normally paired with each image to give viewers a chance to understand the context. This contextual evidence may not resonate with all– and it isn’t meant to– the work is not openly accepted by the general public due to their imposition on conventional standards and exploration of taboo themes. Yet, their work provides a safe gate for the mentally disturbed to be understood and represented.
